GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

(Grievance Redressed call)

The Grievance Redressed cell of NarvadeshwarVidhiMahavidalaya was formally constituted in July 2010 with 5 Members to probe into the grievances.

It comprises of the Principal, Head of the Department and Class teachers. It redresses the grievances at an individual as well as the class level and grievance of Common Interest. The cell maintains a.

  • Conductive and Unprejudiced educational environment.
  • Complaints of students and parents are redressed within 7 working days after receiving.

All Complaints are Scrutinized by the management and the grievance redressed cell All the solutions are recorded.

Procedure to Register Grievance

 

1- The Departmental level Grievances are attended by the concerned Class teacher who are mentors.

Along with the department heads.the student coordinators and staff Coordinators act as facilitators to Communicate and sort out the grievances.

2- Unresolved grievances at the Department level and institution level are referred to as the grievance redressed class of the institution. The studens can approach the grievance redressedcell of the Institution with their complaints of common interest too. They can directly communicate to the principal or management representatives.

3- Depending on the seriousness of the problem, the issue aresettled by the class or by the Principal in consultation with other members of the Management, Parents and Committee Members with the collective efforts all the Staff holders. The Grievance redressed cell resolves all the complaints promptly and efficiently.

Legal Aid Clinic is a committee under administration of Narvadeshwer Vidhi Mahavidyalaya Associated College of University of  Lucknow in collaboration with Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority to provide legal Services and Awarehess to the Vulnerable Section of the Society. Legal Aid Scheme was first introduced by Justin P.N. Bnagwati under the Legal Aid committe Formed in 1971

Objective of the cell

1- The establishment of legal Aid Center sets to impart clinical legal education and social legal services to the needy and vulnerable segments of the community. It is necessary to expose law students to the practical aspects of the legal field as study of law is a professional course. The legal Aid center aims at fulfilling this purpose and alongside provides a platform to serve the poor and needy.

2- The estivate purpose of it is for the development of effective approaches to the legal education and rendering legal services in addition to its desirability as a way of learning. It was also targeted towards the betterment of the disadvantaged.

     3.  OBC Cell

                In Order to ensure due compliance of the orders of reservation issued from time to time in favors of other Backward class and to ensure  prompt disposal of Grievances of  the employees of OBC category. This OBC cell established.

4.  Object  

               To implement monitor and evaluate continuously the reservation policy in university and plan measures for ensuring effective implementation of the policy and programmers of the Government of media and U.G.C.

               To educate lighten and empower the student and staff of OBC categories in the university to make use of the facilities of extended by the Govt. and other agencies for their educational & occupational career.

                To caller date regarding the implement of the policies in respect of admissions, appointments to teaching and non teaching position in the university and analyze the date showing the trends and changes towards fulfilling the required quota.  

5.   Function

               To created orders and other circulars issued by the university / governments of media and U.G.C. (University Grunt Commission) and to collet regularly. Am on anneal basic information regarding course-wise admission of candidates belonging to the other backward classes in the university in prescribed form within the stipulated date and to take follow-up action wherever rereqrired.

              To circulate the orders and other circulars by Governments of India and university Grant commission decision in respect of the appointment and promotion for teaching and non-teaching posts in the university in suitable forms by.

               To gather information directives, and reports on many facets of education training and employment from the U.G.C and the Indian Government.

                For candidates from other backwards classes for creating new policies or changing those that already exist.

                To analyze the data been gathered create report and digests and submit then for transfer to the university grant Commission, the Indian Government’s Ministry of Human Resource Development and any other agencies that may be necessary and should keep an eye on how the university remedial those from minority background – is operating.

                 To work through the university with the UGC. The state and Central governments and other organizational to get scholarship grants and other financial aid for OBC and minority students.

                  To address concerns raised by candidates from minority groups and other underrepresented groups about admission scholarship and other related issues at the university.

                   To keep on OBC candidate database up to date.

Any additional pieces whatever additional tasks that the university assigns from time to encourage OBC employees and students to pursue higher education.
